Beach (3km):

The sandy beach on the Mar Menor is a quiet place where you can rent umbrellas with sun beds, or enjoy a drink on one of the cozy terraces. It is also a beautiful place to go for a walk.

The Mar Menor is a lagoon in the southeast of the Murcia region. This lagoon is separated from the Mediterranean by a narrow strip of land, La Manga del Mar Menor, which is 22 km long and varies in width from 100 meters to 1.5 kilometers. The nearest major and important port city is Cartagena, where you can relax along this 21-kilometer-long coastline with a width of between 100 and 1200 meters, which extends from Cabo de Palos to the Natural Park of Salt Mines in San Pedro del Pinatar.

The region is called Costa Calida which means “warm coast”.

There is also a kite surfing school.

– Lidl and Consum are at a distance of approximately 1-1.5 km.

Golf (500 m):

The apartment is located next to an 18-hole golf course. The golf course, Roda Golf, is well maintained and is also a nice place to eat. The golf course is open all year.

Cartagena (25km):

After 20 minutes you will arrive in the city of Cartagena. Cartagena is one of the most important ports in the country. In Cartagena stands the Amphitheater, made by the Romans. This city is certainly a successful day away.

Murcia (45km):

The large city of Murcia is half an hour away. Murcia is known for its beautiful cathedral. The city center is filled with shops and nice restaurants.
